Sustainable Travel

With our travels, we want to have a positive impact on the world. We want to help make sure that the next generations are also able to travel and that there is nature left to go and discover.

Tourism is big business. Worldwide millions of people work in the tourism industry. Only when all parties involved – including the local population and nature itself - get better because of it, we can talk about responsible tourism.

- We communicate this sustainability principle very clearly to the people in our network and our partners around the globe. We also stimulate them to make a similar effort.

- We strive to work with hotels that are run by or with the help of the local population. Furthermore, we organize safaris and explorations as much as possible with local organizers who employ local guides. By striving for honest wages for the locals, we help ensure that an important part of the profit goes directly to the local population.

- We stimulate our partners to use as many local products as possible and recognize international ecolabels, just as we do.

This way, we strive actively to contribute to the quality of life of the local communities we stay with, and to limit our ecological footprint to an absolute minimum.
