1,000 Millas Sport: Bariloche, Patagonia by Classic car

Patagonia is a land filled with adventure, from white water rafting to searching for the elusive condor. Every activity comes with its own thrill and story, and a different kind of journey can take you in classic cars to some of the most beautiful scenery in northwestern Patagonia. The 1,000 Millas Sport race is a fantastic way to visit the nature of the Lake District while riding in your classic car. This is a truly unique experience which will leave a forever-lasting impact on you, marvelling at the antique cars in a land where time seems to stand still.

The route of the race and dates change every year, but it is generally a four to five day excursion using the Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf Spa as a base each night. The race officially starts and ends at the hotel, where awards are also given at the finish line. One of the days is spent traveling to Chile, visiting the Chilean Lake District, and returning back to Bariloche later on. Throughout the jaunt you’ll visit many impressive parts of the region and enjoy the camaraderie of driving classic cars with others who own those fabulous vehicles as well.

On his recent trip to Argentine Bert Uyttenbroeck did visit Bariloche. Contact him for an appointment and your personally tailored 1.000 Millas experience.
